With more than a decade of experience across fundraising and digital marketing, Sophie has managed and grown philanthropy, grants and appeals programs across both large and small charities.
Sophie believes we all have the power to make a difference, and that collectively, our impact can be transformative. She is passionate about developing the processes and systems that support long-term, sustainable growth, while ensuring supporters can see the difference their generosity makes. Her favourite part of fundraising is working alongside supporters to understand what matters to them and how they want to make a difference, building relationships grounded in trust and authenticity. She is passionate about the role philanthropy can play in turning shared care into meaningful action.
Sophie believes the scale of the invasive species challenge deserves far greater awareness and that speaking up for Australia’s unique wildlife and natural places is one of the most important gifts we can leave for future generations.
Sophie lives and works on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
