Holly brings over a decade of experience across philanthropy, fundraising, and integrated marketing, with leadership roles in the financial sector, medical not-for-profits and conservation organisations — most recently at BirdLife Australia.
Throughout her career, Holly has led teams, developed and delivered multi-channeled strategies, and built partnerships needed to drive sustainable growth. She is motivated by the intersection of science, advocacy, and public engagement — and believes that securing the resources for bold, evidence-based campaigns is one of the most powerful ways to put Australia’s nature on a path to recovery.
Holly is deeply committed to ensuring every supporter feels connected to the Invasive Species Council’s mission. She believes that every donor is a vital part of the movement to stop extinctions and a collaborative partner in protecting Australia’s wildlife for generations to come.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Public Communication) from the University of Technology.
She lives and works on the land of the Ngunnawal people.
