Donate today to end the feral horse crisis in Kosciuszko National Park
Just as we near the finish line, the die hard brumby extremists have launched a four week ad campaign spreading fear and misinformation to pressure pollies to back down on the repeal of the ridiculous wild horses bill. We can’t let it happen.

Australia’s alpine heart is on the line.
Just as we near the finish line to protect Kosciuszko National Park from destructive feral horses, die-hard brumby extremists have launched a campaign of fear and misinformation in the media. They’re pouring money into a four-week ad blitz to pressure politicians into keeping John Barilaro’s outrageous brumby protection law alive.
If they succeed, 3,000 feral horses will legally continue to trash and trample fragile alpine streams and critically endangered wildlife will suffer.
We cannot let them win.
For years, together, we’ve fought for Kosciuszko. And it’s working:
- Destruction by feral horses is at the lowest level in 20 years.
- A repeal bill has been introduced in NSW Parliament and it will be debated in September.
- Liberal, Labor and Independent MPs are now backing a repeal, thanks to your pressure.
But the opposition knows how close we are. That’s why they’re raising money for their ads, to drown out the voices of people like you who want Kosci saved.
Your urgent donation will help us:
- Ramp up our campaign over the next six weeks.
- Mobilise thousands more people to contact MPs.
- Counter misinformation with facts and truth.
Every gift, big or small, brings us closer to repeal. Every dollar helps protect our alpine wildlife. Please donate today.
