Guy Fitzhardinge is a practicing farmer in the central west of NSW. He has been a director of a number of peak industry organisations as well as Bush Heritage Australia and WWF Australia.
He is a past member of the Commonwealth Threatened Species Scientific Committee and the NSW Biodiversity Advisory Committee. He was the founding Chairman of the Karrkad Kandji Trust in Arnhemland and is a current director of the Northern Australia Indigenous Land and Sea Management Alliance based in Darwin.
He is passionately committed to the management of introduced invasive species as they represent the single biggest threat to our national native biota.
